Hate is often a sign of weakness, envy, and fear.
It’s sad but true. This topic is about life in general. Whether it be obtaining a degree, got a work promotion, paying off your loans, buying a house, getting a new car or even starting a business. I strongly believe that majority of people belittle those who are successful because they either lack a burning desire or they just don’t believe they can achieve their goals. They give up! The truth is, with the Internet, there is no excuse for either of those obstacles. Anyone can connect with someone who has achieved the EXACT same results in the past or is in the process of doing it right now. There are no more excuses for it not being possible. Pick any goal and probably at least 1000 people have done it before. Just learn from them. Plus chasing a dream doesn’t need to be a solo sport anymore there are thousands of people who can motivate each other to be successful.
Again, the most successful people have the most haters. Don’t believe it? Go on a Kim Kardashian’s Instagram page and just quickly skim through the comments on one of her pictures. About 50% of the comments are negative, even though the picture could be her face promoting her makeup line. They will pick apart the picture if their life depended on it. Why? Cause their haters that’s why! Haters hate because you’re doing what they cannot, will not or are too afraid to attempt. Criticism is the price you’ll pay for taking your business to the next level. It’s a natural part of the growth of your business. So, don’t let the bark of your haters devastate you, your only giving them power if you acknowledge them. Disregard the sound and use your haters as fuel for the fire. They’re hating you because you’re doing big things. I personally believe that they are the greatest forms of feedback you can receive.
So, if you’re still scared, then there is one way to avoid having haters. Sit on the sidelines, do nothing, don’t set goals, be average and no one will judge or hate you.
Are you willing to be attacked and criticized as a person to grow your brand?
